We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in our continued success.
This isn't just an administrative role; it's an opportunity to be at the heart of our operations. You'll be responsible for overseeing our financial records and developing efficient business systems and procedures that contribute directly to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Coordinate with outside CPAs to prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting.
Develop, implement, and optimize office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.
Oversee general office administration, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
Support human resources functions, such as onboarding and record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
At least three years of experience in office management is preferred, ideally within a wholesale distribution or import business.
Strong understanding of financial principles and bookkeeping.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
