We have an immediate need of an administrative Coordinator in our Construction/Restoration Department.
We are a leading Restoration / Construction Company and are looking for an Honest, Responsible and Reliable individual to handle the work load of a fast pace office. There is plenty room for growth and we are open for new ideas. MUST have a pleasant demeanor, work well under pressure and have great attention to detail.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
XACTIMATE SOFTWARE (A plus but will train)
Excellent communication skills (Bilingual a plus)
Excellent customer service
Microsoft Office knowledge
Multi-tasking and fast learning ability
Strong organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Dealing/Communicating with field supervisors/workers/Customers
Updating all systems
Complete assignments within tight and often difficult deadlines
Think creatively, identify problems, and offer solutions with minimal guidance.
