Position responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
Proficient computer skills (Apple) quickbooks, Excel and Word.
Assist management with record keeping and tracking
Receive and file related documents accuratly
Provide administrative support to job-site management
Answer, screen and transfer calls
Scanning, faxing, copying and mailing
Office is fast paced, must be able to multi-task
Handle projects that may be confidential and time sensitive
Accounting and billing clients
Additional requirements
Reliable and punctual
Spanish speaking is a plus
Well organized and detailed
Excellent planning skills
Able to place material orders
Highly motivated with an eye for detail

Solid references and able to pass a background check
