We’re looking for a personal assistant to join our household, offering dedicated administrative and personal support in exchange for a nice place to live. This live-in position is ideal for someone looking to reduce living expenses while providing high-quality support. Your work hours can also be scheduled early mornings or evenings to enable you to work another full-time job during the day.

As a live-in personal assistant, you will handle a mix of administrative, organizational, and occasional personal tasks, including but not limited to:

Administrative Tasks: Managing emails, phone calls, and calendar scheduling; coordinating appointments and meetings; document filing and organization, social media marketing.

Household Management: Coordinating with vendors or service providers, handling deliveries, and managing household schedules.

Personal Support: Running errands, assisting with meal planning, maintaining inventory of household supplies, and light household tasks.

Project Assistance: Supporting personal or business projects with research, organization, and execution as needed.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license and comfortable with running errands.

Previous experience in a personal assistant or household support role.
