Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and updating our property management website, maintaining and updating ongoing unit listings, overseeing the management of our property water management system and other administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the property management website with current information, including property details, unit availability, and company announcements.

Unit Listings: Manage and update ongoing unit listings across various platforms, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Water Management System Oversight: Monitor the property water management system daily. Coordinate with property managers and maintenance teams when water levels exceed established thresholds, ensuring timely and effective response.

Coordination: Work closely with property managers and maintenance staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks related to water management.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all website updates, unit listings, and water management activities.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the property management team as needed, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing documents.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in property management or a related field.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, property management software, and website content management systems.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in managing listings and monitoring water systems.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and coordinate solutions effectively and efficiently.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred.
