Real Estate Company in the Palm area is seeking a sharp administrator. The associate must love real estate and passionate about providing excellent service. This is a fast paced environment and candidates will be tested.
JOB DECSRIPTION / DUTIES:
Account receivable
Data entry
Customer service
Assist with marketing and leasing apartments
Scanning and filing
Other assorted clerical duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Experience supporting a team of executives for 1+ years
Excellent calendar management skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Must be flexible and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, anticipate and prioritize well
Must be able to perform duties accurately in a timely fashion
High level of confidentiality regarding company information
Dependable and punctual
Solid references from previous employers
Must be able to pass a thorough background check
