We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk who is computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Transfer data from paper vendor invoiced into our system.
Track Service inventory as well as business office supplies.
Track missing invoices to help reconciled service account
Enter new inventory with accuracy
Assist with weekly inventory of vehicles on lot
Cut checks for vendors, warranties, and refunds
Verify and update data
Answer phones
Call customers
Sort, Organize paperwork and file.
Perform other general office tasks
Requirements:
Experience in a dealership is a plus
Must have fast typing skills and be computer literate
Excellent Knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets
Working Knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
Great attention to detail
