Experienced appointment setter/customer service representative needed!
We are seeking an appointment setter/customer service representative to join our team! The qualified individual would have experience in the construction industry with appointment setting and customer service. This position requires full-time employment and some knowledge in the construction industry.
Qualifications Needed:
- Computer Savvy / Literate
- Full-time schedule
- Excellent customer Service Experience
-Data Entry, attention to detail
- 1-2 years minimum in construction
- Well organized and detail oriented, strong listening skills
- Openness to receive training
- Team-minded enthusiasm
- Excel, Word minimal experience

Job Tasks to Include:
- Communication with customers inbound + outbound (Phone, email and text)
- Processing initial customer lead data entry + initial appointment entry and contact for confirmation
- Teaming with staff to continue the growth of the business
