PRODUCTION MANAGER NEEDED IMMEDIATELY (North Hollywood)
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED (2 yr minimum experience) production manager in a construction company, someone motivated and that is ready to learn and grow with our office team and the best supportive work environment that challenge your skills.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION, we need someone at our office daily.
Full-time position, Monday - Friday - 8:00AM - 4Pm.
Job requires daily all office Duties
Will take care of all permits and inspections.
Manage company CRM operation daily
Manage all company files and documents.
Create company spreadsheets and reports.
Manage communication with vendors.
Typing estimates/contracts/paperwork for clients.
Order materials as needed to job sites.
Provide customer service for clients
Process company mail
DocuSign contracts
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Assist the sales team with orders and managing jobs.
Excellent knowledge in Office programs, Excel, Word, Gmail.
Must have computer typing skills.
