Office manager/Secretary needed for a small home improvmant/solar company
Must have the following;
Customer service over the phone, minimum 2 years experience
Answering multiply phone lines
Managing calendars, data entry, Scheduling and follow ups.
Pay bills
Assist in the office with various other tasks
QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Monday to Friday 9-5
