This full-time position requires a fixed schedule of 40 hours a week (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday). The individual must be an expert in QuickBooks online, trustworthy, have good phone etiquette, honest and friendly, responsible and reliable, determined, drama-free, and have their own transportation.
EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKBOOKS ONLINE IS A MUST. Please don't reply if you are not familiar with the program.
We would consider you for this position if you are an expert accounting and bookkeeping specialist able to run all aspects of business accounts and orders for our growing business or a very capable QuickBooks online bookkeeper able to handle the accounts for a small business. You must know Windows programs, spreadsheets, and Google Sheets and have experience creating customized financial reports from scratch.
Most of the time, it requires work on the computer, doing research, reviewing material, analyzing data, making online purchases, and bookkeeping. Other times, you could be doing any number of complicated or menial tasks and errands.
The right person is smart, articulate, who can wear many different hats, with a proclivity toward clear communication, self-confidence, anxious to learn new things, a team player, not averse to menial tasks, able-bodied, careful, detail-oriented, knows the way around a computer and various kinds of office software and equipment. If you are organized, neat, tidy, and can follow instructions precisely, you will succeed in the job.
You will be able to help with many tasks related to work projects. This is not a job to explore your creativity; rather, it requires a capacity for discernment and judgment and an ability to follow clear instructions to the detail.
This is a contract position. You will start with a 60-day probationary period. After this time, you will be offered a position as a full-time employee.

Qualifications:
Prepare Bank Reconciliation & amp; Account Reconciliation
Pay sales taxes and file quarterly taxes
Payroll processing knowledge
QuickBooks online experience
Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to help the CEO of the company with his calendar/schedule
Responsibilities:
Monthly reconciliation of various accounts including bank accounts and credit card accounts
Processing Payroll
Filing Invoices and Payments
Pay sales taxes and file quarterly taxes
Data entry into QuickBooks & our Software
Carefully and accurately perform transactions
Review, breakout, and update online daily sales reports
Help with the shipping process
Generates reports as needed
Support other team members as necessary
Proven work experience as a personal assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
MS Office and English proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High School degree
A PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
