Client Service Specialist
Full-Time | In-Person | Monday-Friday (7am-4pm)

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — providing exceptional service by phone and email, managing account updates, placing orders, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming client phone calls
Respond to client inquiries and account update requests via phone and email
Place and track customer orders accurately
Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry and file management
Support other team members and departments as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
Phone sales and great phone etiquette
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in basic computer programs (Mac knowledge preferrred)
Friendly, professional, and dependable
