Looking for a sharp individual who works well in a fast-paced constantly changing construction office environment. Must be someone who can follow instruction, take initiative and get your hands into many different aspects of the job. Able to work independently in a fast pace environment, a quick learner and complete multi-task simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
City/County bid inquiries
Answer phone, emails, copying, and other general office duties as needed
Schedule inspections and appointments
Follow through to achieve project goals
Liaising and pricing with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
Pricing and searching online for materials.
Social media admin/some marketing
Ability to maintain good relationships with the subcontractors, office staff and the owners.
Ensure all projects and work orders remain on schedule.
Requirements:
Strong customer service and computer skills
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
1-2 years minimum experience in office setting
Well-organized
Dependable/on time and trustworthy
