We are looking for a Creative Administrative Assistant to join our innovative design team. Responsibilities:
Manage emails, calendars, and schedules for senior staff
Organize and maintain digital files using Google Drive or Dropbox
Coordinate virtual meetings via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Slack
Suggest and implement creative solutions to improve administrative processes
Assist with task management using platforms like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
Create reports, presentations, and data summaries using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
Strong creativity and problem-solving skills in administrative tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
