Busy psychotherapist needing an administrative assistant to help with organization and managing both personal and business related tasks. Looking for someone to work at home office in Venice 1-5 hours a week as needed. Duties vary based on needs.
Responsibilites:
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Create system for managing both personal and business related information
- Maintain files and records in an organized manner
- Provide general administrative support such as typing, copying, scanning, and filing documents
- Help with day-to-day personal tasks/errands
- Assist/provide guidance with use of iMac computer
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred
- Financial experience (i.e. bookkeeping, accounting) a plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), as well as Google Suites and Apple products (iPhone, Mac)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Friendly and professional demeanor
