We are Superior Hospitality Design, a custom furniture manufacturer specializing in hospitality and commercial spaces. We are looking for a reliable individual to assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Responding to emails and managing communications
Organizing and updating documents, spreadsheets, and files
Assisting with invoices, quotes, and QuickBooks data entry
Scheduling appointments and follow-ups
Researching vendors and suppliers as needed
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
Experience with QuickBooks (preferred but not required)
Reliable internet connection and home office setup
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Hours & Pay:
Part-time (10-15 hours per week, flexible schedule)
Compensation based on experience
