Continuing education company seeks fully vaccinated, outstanding candidates for several Customer Service Administrative Assistant positions.
About the office:
We are looking for Customer Service Administrative Assistants to grow with the company, interact with customers on the phone, and master their role with the possibility of elevating to another position or being assigned to a specific department by performance and skillsets.
Responsibilities and duties:
Motivated, responsible, and punctual
Consistently manage and take responsibility of assignments and tasks to meet deadlines
Answer phone calls and follow up with customers
Provide email assistance as needed
Forward escalated inquiries to appropriate supervisors
Fulfill data entry tasks to assist with office projects, including but not limited to: researching data, making phone calls, and assisting the shipping department, marketing department, and others, as needed
Requirements:
Ability to communicate professionally, both orally and in writing, with excellent English grammar
Efficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Handle high volume of incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
Customer Support – asking the right questions to determine customers’ needs
Ability to work independently and with a team
High school education: Some college preferred
Agreeable to maintaining appropriate vaccinations (e.g., COVID-19) based on city/state/national guidelines
A plus:
Expertise in Excel: Attention to detail, cross-checking customer information, project tracking and follow through
Experience with business writing and emails
Computer-based research skills experience
Previous Customer Service experience

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90046
Pay rate: $22.00
Casual dress
48 hours of Sick Time front-loaded after 90 days of employment per calendar year
6 paid holidays each year after 90 days of employment
