Healthcare company focused on Wholesale distribution based in Sylmar, CA is seeking Customer Service Representative ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage, maintain, and grow revenue at assigned customers
- Collaborate closely with internal departments clearly communicating expectations ensuring that each department is meeting the needs of our customers
- Clearly and consistently communicate needs of internal departments to assigned customers ensuring flow of information is timely and accurate allowing us to build high quality product and provide industry leading customer service
- Process customer requests, including but not limited to purchase orders, sales order adjustments, quote requests, engineering change orders, returns, and corrective action requests
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
A four-year degree from an accredited college preferred
3+ years in an Customer Service role in environment or sales
The position pays up to $60,000.00 annual and Discretionary Bonus Up to 10% (Ten percent) per year. Paid Time off , and Medical Benefits.
