Position: Dispatcher/Confirmer needed for a roofing company.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00AM-5:00PM, Friday: 9:00AM-3:00PM, Sunday: 2 Hours Remote
Duties:
1. Dispatch/confirm leads.
2. Maintain weekly schedules from Sales Reps.
3. Confirm and book leads for Sales Reps.
4. Data entry.
5. Rehashing.
Requirements:
1. Must have dispatching/confirmation experience in the roofing field or something similar.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Computer savvy.
4. Proficient with Excel & Google Sheet.
5. Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment, and quick learner.
6. Bilingual Spanish or Hebrew is a plus!
Compensation: $4,000-$5,000 per month depending on experience plus bonuses.
