Job Description:

As the Executive Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and managerial tasks, supporting the CEO in daily activities and long-term projects. Your ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll Management: Oversee and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Timekeeping: Maintain accurate timekeeping records, manage employee attendance, and handle any related inquiries or discrepancies.

Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

- Marketing Support: Coordinate marketing activities, manage social media accounts, and assist in the creation of promotional materials.

- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence.

- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required by the CEO.

- Office Management: Oversee office operations, including supplies management, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep.

- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Administrator or similar role.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Familiarity with payroll and timekeeping software.

- Experience in project management and marketing support.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
