Hiring an Office Assistant:

We are a family-owned business that specializes in commercial and high residential electrical services.

We are looking for a person who can assist the office manager with day-to-day responsibilities.

This position is for someone who is looking to grow and further advance their career.

Job Requirements:

- 2 years of experience in customer service position with references.

-Part time position with the possibility of becoming full time.

-Fluent English is a must.

-sociable with the ability to work with all personality types.

-Strong work ethic, communication skills, professionalism, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.

-Self-motivated, determined and successful at working independently as well as part of a team.

-The ability to multitask, prioritize, follow through and schedule daily task accordingly, and manage time effectively.

-Team player – Important- needs to be comfortable working under the office manager, comfortable with following directions and understanding the position of an assistant.

- Must be computer savvy and have experience with Microsoft word, and Excel.

-Must have own transportation to and from work 6-8 hours a day 5 days a week

-Must have own phone.

-Ability to handle personal and confidential information.

Daily Duties:

Help manage office task such as: mail outs, phone calls, filing, scheduling and rescheduling, sending email reminders, closing out work orders, sending invoices, scheduling preparation for office staff, assisting technicians during daily routes, and keeping the office orderly.
