We are looking for Customer service representative in Walnut, Ca.
Responsibilities:
Build and enter information on spreadsheets
Handle some billing inquiries
Filing and order entry along with other paperwork duties.
Handle customer service issues as needed.
Answering/sending e-mails
Generate sales leads
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency on Excel ( Formulas, Data tables , Profit Calculations, Advance Functions at least 2 years of experience)
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
