Responsibilities
Paralegal or Administrative
Draft motions, discovery, correspondence, and related legal documents
Conduct legal research and produce clear, organized summaries
Review case materials with precision and attention to detail
Handle scheduling, simple communications, and workspace organization
Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Personal-Assistance Tasks
Run errands (supplies, cleaners, food pickups, small tasks outside the office)
Feed pets, water plants, assist with basic household administrative tasks
Participate in required video meetings during remote work
Environment & Expectations
Feedback is direct, candid, and immediate, focused on work quality.
Candidates must be comfortable with high accountability and consistent performance standards.
The ability to self-review, correct errors, and deliver polished work is essential.
Employer-issued equipment include video monitoring tools.

Qualifications
