As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to join our team as an Instructional Designer.
This is a short-term position, estimated to last three to six months.
Job Description: We are seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Training Module Creator to develop training materials based on our existing company policies. This role is crucial in ensuring that all our staff are equipped with the knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Lay out company staff structure and duties for each staff.
Review all company materials and relevant staff to gather data staff need to be trained on to execute their duties.
Create engaging and informative training modules and other materials based on data gathered.
Create training checklists for each position in the company as well as for new staff orientation
Meet a weekly quota of completed staff training lineups.
Gain a deep understanding of our company’s operations, culture, and policies.
Use sound judgment to filter and summarize information effectively.
Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
Continually seek feedback and improve training materials.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in content creation or training development is a plus.
Familiarity with Safety Culture LMS design is a plus.
