OFFICE ADMINISTRATION:

Maintain and update vacancy reports and intent to vacate notices

Draft and manage tenant correspondence and various notices

Organize and maintain electronic filing systems

Review monthly Tenant Status Reports and 30 Day Notices

Assist in training and supporting on-site teams

Perform other administrative duties as required by property management

Ensure compliance with all organizational policies

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent industry experience

Policy Adherence: Ability to follow and enforce company policies and procedures

Software Proficiency: Skilled in Google Docs, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook

Legal Knowledge: Understanding of fair housing laws

Equipment Use: Familiarity with standard office equipment

Background Checks: Must pass a credit report, criminal background check, and drug test

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

Software Expertise: Proficiency in property management systems like Appfolio, Entrada, Yardi, and/or RentCafé

Business Knowledge: Background in business administration or real estate

Interpersonal and Technical Skill Requirements:

Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational and interpersonal communication abilities

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Professionalism: High degree of professionalism in all interactions

Adaptability: Must be flexible with changing priorities and responsibilities

COMPENSATION:

Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on experience, ranging from $26 to $28 per hour
