Legacy luxury lighting company, Info Lighting, seeks a highly-organized, multi-tasking Office Administrator with proficiency in accounting and Shopify management. Experience with book-keeping, invoicing, banking, payroll, etc. is required. Since we have a very large collection of products, the ideal candidate has the skillset to help update and manage Shopify products on occasion, as well as manage apps or add apps we may need. Experience with shipping products and working with various shipping carriers, specifically Fedex Commercial Shipping Account, is also needed. Customer service experience is a plus. We are seeking candidate with strong organizational, management, and communication skills to help elevate our business to the next level.
This is a part time position to start, but we are open to a full time position for the right candidate. 20-40 hours/week. This is an onsite position at our downtown studio location. No remote or hybrid positions available at this time.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General accounting & bookkeeping
Invoicing, banking, payroll, etc.
Order management in Shopify
Updating incorrect or out of stock products in Shopify
Assisting in shipping products
Organizing existing paperwork and accounts
Setting up various accounts we may need
Communicating with manufacturers and sale reps
Communicating with customers
Qualifications
Proficiency in Shopify
Proficiency in Quickbooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with shipping carriers, specifically Fedex Commercial Shipping Accounts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Customer service a plus
