As an Office Administrator at Redford House, you will perform a variety of essential tasks, including data entry, order processing, customer service and bookkeeping duties. You'll provide support to managers and employees, assist with daily office needs, and actively participate in our company's administrative activities. Responsibilities:
- Accurate account data entry and order processing
- Carrying out day-to-day organizational tasks efficiently
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing phone calls, emails, and messages
- Maintaining an up-to-date and organized office database and filing system
- Collaborating with office staff and company representatives
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in an Administrative role (essential)
- Experience with QuickBooks software (essential)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Graphic Design and Knowledge of WordPress a PLUS
