Office Manager Position

Job Summary:

Monday through Friday 8:00-4:00 p.m.

Remote work is okay

Pay: $25/hour

You MUST have experience in Office Manager, Administration, and the Construction industry;

If you do NOT have experience in Construction, please do not apply

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including phone calls, calendar management, purchasing materials, scheduling inspections, calling and following up with clients and vendors, and general office work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and scanning documents.

2. Reception Duties: Make and answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.

3. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including databases and spreadsheets. Purchase materials, schedule inspections, follow up calls to clients and/or vendors

4. Calendar and schedule maintenance: confirming job appointments, rescheduling appointments, and coordinating work schedules

Requirements:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in construction is a MUST
