Office Assistant - Secretary
Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm - In Office / Full Time.
We are currently looking for an office assistant/ receptionist to help with our day-to-day business operations. This is a full time in office position and we are looking for someone to begin immediately. Submit your resume to get called in for an interview.
Bilingual preferred
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and responding to email inquiries
- Communicate with clients and potential customers
- Dealing with security officers and issuing applications
- Keeping track of inventory.
- Invoicing
- Proofread and edit all company correspondence and publications
- Organizing projects and client information

Qualifications:
- Must have experience as secretary, office manager or similar position
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Self starter who is highly organized and motivated
- Must be helpful, reliable and friendly.
- Must pass a drug and background screening
