Responsibilities
Prepare and manage jobs in the company system
Track schedules and coordinate daily operations
Collect payments from clients and record them properly
Enter invoices and receipts into the system
Print and issue checks
Open and close project files
Submit permit applications and coordinate inspections with cities
Communicate with clients, contractors, and city offices
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure
Attention to detail and high accuracy
Team player with initiative and “big picture” thinking
Good English (written & spoken), computer literacy (Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)
Previous office experience in construction or service business – a big plus
