We are a commercial auto insurance agency looking for a reliable assistant to help keep things running smoothly. This is an in-office role where you’ll handle day-to-day tasks that keep our clients and team organized.
Schedule:
Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Part-time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(We are open to either, depending on your availability.)
Responsibilities:
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with insurance applications and basic paperwork
Emailing and messaging clients to collect information or documents
Answering phones and handling general inquiries
Providing general office support as needed
Requirements:
Must be reliable and punctual
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with computers, email, and basic online tools
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
Compensation:
$15/hour, paid in cash
Competitive hourly pay based on experience
Potential to grow within the agency over time
