You'll be joining a tight-knit team, working directly with the owner to help streamline daily operations and support the growth of the company.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our jewelry business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and is comfortable working in a small, dynamic environment where you can make a significant impact to the growth of the business. You'll be helping support the day to day operations, clerical tasks, financial operations, jewelry management, data input, but not limited to. This is an in office, in person position at company headquarters in downtown Los Angeles 90014.

Key Responsibilities:

● Jewelry Care & Management: Cleaning and tagging jewelry to ensure it is in pristine condition.

● Inventory Management: Tracking inventory and managing stock levels across multiple sales platforms.

● Order Fulfillment: Packaging and shipping orders promptly and accurately.

● Customer Communication: Responding to emails and inquiries from potential clients, providing excellent customer service.

● Sales Platform Coordination: Managing incoming orders from multiple platforms such as Shopify, Retail, and other e-commerce avenues.

● Sales Reports: Export and prepare sales reports for the founder.

● Event Preparation: Assisting the owner in preparing for trunk and trade shows, travel, and including organizing and packing inventory.

● Coordination: Interface with remote Accounting/Finance team, manufactures

Qualifications:

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Tech savvy to navigate different platforms and office equipment.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

● Proficiency in managing inventory and orders across multiple sales platforms.

● Ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Experience in a retail, office, jewelry, or fashion-related business is a plus.

● Enthusiasm for working in a creative, high-end environment.

Pay:

● $24 - $35 per hour depending on experience

● Opportunities for bonus plans based on company growth

● Hands-on experience in the luxury jewelry industry

● Monday to Friday, 8 hour work day, no weekends or nights
