Seeking a highly motivated and energetic Office Manager to support our rapidly growing technology startup. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves, entrepreneurial mindset to take ownership of managing our dynamic office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the anchor for all office operations and logistics, ensuring a smooth and productive workplace
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and maintain office equipment
- Coordinate booking of conference rooms and managing shared calendar
- Assist with onboarding new employees and offboarding departing staff
- Organize company events, meetings, and offsites with exceptional attention to detail
- Greet visitors and manage the front desk area with a warm and professional presence
- Support office facilities projects and liaise with building management as needed
- Other operational duties to enable the company's continued growth
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of office management, administrative, or operational experience (startup experience a big plus)
- Self-motivated with a "no task is too small" attitude and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with MS Office, office equipment, and workplace platforms
- Problem-solving ability and a keen eye for improving processes
- Positive team player with flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
This is a full-time position based in our Culver City office. Salary range is $70k-$85k + benefits.
