The General Contractor has an immediate need. Incumbent is retiring.
Responsibilities include:
Financial oversight of budgeting, expense tracking, A/P, and A/R including releases for clients, and experience with bank draws. Will support HR functions with onboarding new staff.
As needed, prepare, process, and oversee contracts, change orders, exhibits, and credit memos for clients and subcontractors.
Responsible for maintenance of the Subcontractor database and ensuring compliance, licenses, and insurance certificates.
Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction or general contractor. Experience with building departments and agencies (SM, LADBS, WEHO, Public Works, etc.
