Key Responsibilities:
-Reconciling (matching) invoices to purchase orders
-Preparing product separation lists for distribution dates
-Sending credit memos to growers
-Creating standing orders for our customers
-Web portal support/inquiries from Growers/Customers
-Assistant to head Administrator
Skills:
-Attention to Detail ( EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)
-Critical thinking and problem solving abilities
-Ability to multi-task
-Proficient in Excel(REQUIRED) and Word.
-Bilingual / Spanish Speaking (REQUIRED)
$20 Starting - DOE (Based on Entry Level versus Experience).
Opportunity for growth ( Minimum of 2 reviews within the first year and then annually thereafter).
Immediate opening however can allow proper transition time if needed.
Schedule:
Day shifts only, Monday to Friday, Starts Morning shift, No nights (Rare weekends at Floral Holidays)
Start Time 7 AM-3:30 PM
