Responsibilities:
Monitor and follow-up with all potential leads.
Obtain all pertinent information surrounding the incident.
Be able to apply principles that we teach you in order to qualify leads.
Organize and input information into our computer system.
Send sign-up documents and follow-up to ensure completion.
Requirements:
Be genuinely curious to learn about other people's circumstances and figure out how we can make their lives better.
Be able to think on your feet and navigate through sometimes difficult conversations to help secure a lead.
Be empathetic but logical, helping demonstrate that you care while still being able to drive the conversation in a way to obtain the information we need.
Be skilled at creating instant connections with people, meeting them at their level in order to help establish a relationship and set us apart.
Be able to work well with the rest of your intake team, putting yourself aside to help work towards the greater good of our clients and the company as a whole.
Ability to speak Spanish is a big plus.
