Office Order Entry/Customer Service
We are a well-established company with over 60 years in business looking for a reliable and dedicated person.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Assisting in the routing of incoming calls
-Handling customer questions and inquiries
-Order processing
-Data entry
-File Maintenance
-Other administrative duties as required and/or assigned
Requirements/Skills
-Basic computer knowledge
-Comfortable, friendly and professional on the phone
-Strong organizational skills
-Self-motivated, willingness and ability to learn
-Excellent Customer Service Skills
-Dependable, great attendance and punctual
-Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish
