Small Business is seeking a part-time Executive Office Assistant to handle daily operations 2-3 days a week or as needed. Must love to be organized and streamlined in office systems. Must have at least 5 years experience in an office setting.
General daily work:
Answer phones
Respond to email inquiries
Process orders and prepare shipping labels on UPS
Database entry
Writing and editing as needed
Fill out new vendor packets and proposals
Special projects as needed
Social Media posting as needed
Required Software:
Bachelor’s degree required
Proficiency on a Mac computer
Proficiency on Quickbooks for Mac
Proficiency in Office Suite - Microsoft and Excel a must!
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
Proficiency in data entry in either Sales Force or Filemaker Pro
Excellent communications skills; verbal and written
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Must have experience in an office setting
Steady and reliable person
Two to three days a week, 8 - 12 hours a week as needed.
