Hi, we're a small photography crew in the DTLA area looking for part-time front desk help. Please send a resume with a short email "cover letter."
If you are computer app savvy then this job will be easy. I have to note, we are not looking for photographers! Please do not apply if you are trying to become a photographer. Other growth opportunities are here, but this is the job I'm posting for right now :)
The schedule is Monday - Friday 9:30am -1:30am.
3 days Paid Training starts Thursday April 25th @ $18 (See payment info at the bottom)
Official start date May 2nd - Must live within a 5 miles radius DTLA(less than 10 miles!)
Main responsibilities would be:
Answering phone calls & emails
Checking the calendars and updating appropriately
Order lunch for clients & set out for lunch
Order office supplies
Checking in products/clothing and steaming when our prep stylist is not here
Qualifications:
Must know how to use the Google suite - Sheets, Docs, Slides, gChat, Meet, Numbers
Also need some knowledge of Microsoft apps - Word, Excel, Powerpoint if you don't know how to use Slides or Canva
Must be organized and have good oral/verbal/writing skills
Must be able to keep track of multiple details and projects and create end of shift update reports
Feel comfortable speaking to clients and greeting them
Bonus if you know Monday.com, Canva, & Photoshop
Payment:
$18 - for applicants who do not have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Canva or Monday.com. Will train you.
$19 - for applicants who are knowledgeable in many of these areas.
$20 - if you have all these skills AS WELL as Canva,Photoshop, Monday.com. We will not ask you to do any editing on PS but knowledge of how to open files and look at layers and understanding file formats is what we need.
