Busy medtech executive/entrepreneur is currently looking for a Business/Admin Assistant. This is a part-time position which requires great organizational skills, good writing/communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Expected commitment: 5-15 hours/week. Position mainly remote with coming to a home office when needed. Close proximity to Studio City preferred.
COMPENSATION: $23.50/hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
Assisting with work projects (online market research, data entry, basic editing, excel, PPT)
Personal and business tasks (phone calls, emails, researching products)
SKILLS AND PROFICIENCIES:
Should have a 4 year college degree (preferred but not required)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word (Powerpoint a bonus)
Exceptionally organized and able to multitask under pressure
Good planning and organization skills
Project management skills
Strong math and verbal skills
Works well with people, takes initiative
Able to make cold calls
Must be an innovative and creative thinker
Must be independent and entrepreneurial
Must have excellent letter writing skills.
Personable and presents well on telephone and in front of other executives.
Online marketing experience a plus
