Position Details
Work Schedule: Flexible (10 am to 2-4 pm), two to three days a week (Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays/Saturdays).
Location:
I work primarily at my office in Gardena, with some days that you will be working remotely, and occasionally at my home office in Santa Monica.
Compensation:
$20-$25 per hour, based on your experience, knowledge, and expertise.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, ideal for those looking to supplement their income with part-time work.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a relevant role.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and creative problem-solving.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity apps like Click-Up, Monday, Trello, Etc.
- Internet research and sourcing skills.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or AppFolio Property Management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to accomplish tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in composing emails, letters, and memos.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Management of calendar, projects, follow-ups, schedules, phone calls, research, and errands.
- Ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
- Performance of other duties as assigned.
- A minimum of five (5) years of related experience is a prerequisite.
- Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but it is not required.
