We are a small business office in need of someone to help with the day to day clerical duties.
We area a local cleaning service.
Hours area flexible, preferably 10:00 am -2:00 pm +
Duties include Spreadsheet data entry, invoicing, emailing, scheduling, file management, and phone answering.
Need to have experience with Google Office, and MS Office, email, and an understanding of the Southern California area cities for scheduling.
