B. Assist and Coordinate General Manager and Controller.
1. Assist and Coordinate General Manager’s Work Performance.
2. Assist and Coordinate Controller’s Work Performance.
C. Office Operation
1. Check out phone message, emails, inquires and response them
If necessary.
2. Classify incoming documents and bills, and distribute them into the individual LLC box on the front desk.
3. File the repair and maintenance document into each LLC’s property management folder until the work is completed.
4. File the lease related or corresponding document into each LLC’s property management folder until the work is completed.
5. Maintain the office equipment and desks neat and clean. Check out the printer supply

D. Property Maintenance
1. Communicate and coordinate Site Manager at each LLC to clear the management issues.
2. Take Weekly Inspection Report and hold Weekly Conference to confirm the daily and weekly maintenance are updated in the area of:
3. Call Tenant when necessary to hear the individual request.
4. Call Vendor when necessary to solve the maintenance correction.
5. Feedback General Manager if there is unresolved management or maintenance problem.
E. Rental Collection Coordination.
1. Coordinate the Property Accountant Assistant.
2. Call the unpaid Tenant to make the payment.
F. Lease Observation.
1. Observe the lease expiration of each tenant.
2. Assist General Manager for lease renewal.
3. Update Annual Rental Increase for each tenant.
4. Assist Tenant Eviction if necessary.
G. Tenant Marketing.
1. Entertain New Tenant for vacant unit.
2. Arrange property showing with Site Manager
3. Process Tenant Application and necessary information
4. Participate in deciding the final tenant.
H. Qualification and Compensation
1. Positive Work Habit with Proactive Performance.
2. Excellent English Speaking and Writing.
3. College Degree a plus
4. MS Work, Excel
5. Training provided if necessary.
6. Working hour – Mon to Fri, 9 to 1, $25/Hr. or more. 12/10/25
