I'm looking for a detail-oriented personal assistant with a "no-job-is-too-small" attitude.
This position is a combination of “Office & Home” duties. For example…
Office (70%): Email, phone calls, bill pay, light organizing and online research
Home (30%): Weekly grocery shopping, meal prep and laundry. Errands, and light house duties.
My Ideal Candidate:
Reliable with a consistent schedule
Tidy, organized and not forgetful
A quick, self-starter with lots of energy and a positive attitude
Resourceful, problem-solver, quick at finding answers on Google
Well-spoken on the phone, not afraid to call and ask for something
Good writing skills (proper spelling & grammar a MUST)
Ability to multi-task in a fun, fast-paced environment
Familiar with Mac computers
Hours:
Part-time, 15-20 hours/week.
Ideally Tuesday and Thursday from 1pm-6pm
Saturday or Sunday for shopping/food prep/laundry
Pay:
Based on experience and skills
Position is ready to start today.
Candidate must live within 30 minutes of Palos Verdes.
