We’re looking for a motivated and organized Personal Assistant to help us enhance efficiency and productivity across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing schedules and appointments.

Attend and assist with property inspections as needed.

Perform administrative tasks such as filing, email correspondence, and data entry.

Coordinate communication with tenants, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Support the team by handling personal errands or tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

A real estate license is a plus but not required.

Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
