About Us:
We are a pest control company that specializes in rodent & insect pest control services, we are looking for the right person with Pest Control Office Experience to help us get our office backup and running after covid. We are currently sending all calls to a couple of answering services, it’s time to get the office going again. The initial hourly pay is just the beginning as the office gets established.
Job Summary:
The office manager will help us get the office operational again,
- Develop systems & processes
- Route customers
- Call, text and email customers
- Hire office assistants as we grow
- Teach and train new office staff
- Keep track of vehicles
- Keep track of materials (pesticides & rodent proofing materials)
- Keep track of employee hours
- Pesticide Use Reports
- Other related duties
Qualifications: MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
- MUST HAVE 5 YEARS PEST CONTROL OFFICE EXPERIENCE
- MUST KNOW THE CITY, LOS ANGELES COUNTY (ALL AREAS)
- Learn our pest control app
- Sel-starter
- Excellent written and verbal skills (English)
- Spanish a plus
