Position: Production Assistant needed for a couple of construction companies.
Location: Woodland Hills & Sherman Oaks, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Duties:
1. Communicating with sales reps, subcontractors, & customers.
2. Collecting payments.
3. Bookkeeping.
4. Assist Production Coordinator.
5. Create reports and finance applications. .
Requirements:
1. Experience working in construction or similar field.
2. Spanish, preferred but not required.
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. Experience with DocuSign.
6. Great energy.
Compensation: $4K-$6K per month.
