Position: Production Assistant needed for a construction company.
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday, 9:00AM-4:00PM, Friday: 8:00AM-2:00PM
Duties:
1. Answer phone calls and emails.
2. Dispatch leads.
3. Bookkeeping.
4. Talk to the city for inspections and order materials.
5. Manage the office for 2 Sales Reps.
6. Customer service.
Requirements:
1. Experience in the construction field
2. Experience with Excel & DocuSign.
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. Able to read plans.
Compensation: $3200-$5000 per month depending on experience.
