Homeowner Association Property Management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to support their team. The ideal candidate has previous experience in bookkeeping but will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Accounting
- Process of all accounts payable using current budget GL codes in a timely manner
- Entering Invoices and requesting approvals
- Printing of physical checks for payments and initiating EFT
-Weekly check runs
- Respond to clients and upper Management on accounting-related questions
- Microsoft / Excel – proficiency and efficiency in creating required reports required
- Backup Reception
-Communicate with Vendors as needed
- Collect Insurance for Vendors and W9's
