Entertainment studio is seeking a temporary Coordinator to join their Marketing/Publicity team in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event logistics (travel, schedules, materials, talent needs)
- Interface with talent reps, media, and internal departments
- Create spreadsheets, recap docs, and event collateral (badges, invites, tickets)
- Support regional publicity campaigns and specialty stunts
- Handle talent gifting and manage key PR relationships
Qualifications:
- Experience in publicity, events, or marketing coordination required
- Strong multitasker who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented, quick-moving candidate with a can-do attitude
- Photoshop is a major plus
- Willingness to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed
